Salman, you can apply for two tourist entry permits to the two places. The first step is to prepare the required documents including the application form with a recently-taken half-length color photo glued, copy of your passport, your financial support proof, hotel reservation, transportation arrangement, travel plan and your business M type in PRC. And then prepare two sets of applications and submit them to Beijing office of HK SAR and Beijing office of Macau SAR to apply for it. But because you don’t have residence permit in mainland PRC, I’m not sure if it can work out.
