About:Chinese Consulate in Manchester

We submitted our application at the end of May for a weeks tourist holiday.

We were given a collection date 4 working days later. Turned to be told no visas or passports ready. Nearly 2 weeks later we are still waiting and are unable to get hold of anybody by phone. I've emailed 3 times and still have not had a response. We are due to fly out to Beijing on 22nd June. What is the next step?

Emma, if you cannot reach the CVASC either by phone or e-mail, you are advised to go there in person and see what happened.
