visa on shenzhen and china

hello
i heard that indian get on arrival entry permit in hongkong and after they can also travel shenzhen for 5 days so is it true ?
and if they allow to travel in shenzhen it mean they can also allow to travel in other city like shanghai and beijing?

Ankur, Indian passport holders are allowed to enter HK freely for a stay of no more than 14 days.
It’s not very possible for Indian citizens to get 5-day VOA in Shenzhen.
For those who get 5-day VOA in Shenzhen, they are not allowed to travel to other cities and can only travel around Shenzhen.
