About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I use a Visa on arrival if I take a flight from Hongkong to Sanya

staying for 10 days and go back from Haikou to Manila via Hongkong? After 2 days in Manila I want to go to Shanghai without Visa for 3 days and then back to Germany.

Yes, you can get the VOA for Haikou. For your Shanghai travel, you are eligible for the 144-hour free transit program.
