how do i travel most conveniently & cheapest from xianyang airport to xian toyoo hotel?

My flight from Kuala Lumpur will arrive at the International Airport at 11.45pm & I will be staying at Toyoo Hotel in the most convenient & Cheapest way?  How much will be the fare?What is the nearest subway or shuttle bus station to Toyoo Hotel that I can drop off?  As it will be in the midnight, would there be any problem catching a taxi from the subway or shuttle bus station to the hotel?  Thank you for your help.

Well, upon arriving, you are suggested to handle the check-out as soon as possible and then catch the shuttle bus of Main Railway Station line, whose last schedule is at 1:00am. It takes almost an hour to the terminal - Longhai Hotel, and costs CNY25 per person. Then Toyoo is no more than 1.5mi away. It is easy to hail a taxi to reach directly within a few minutes with the cost of CNY10.
