buses to take from yihai gardens in Fengtai to Xihongmen subway station line 4.

Well, bus + metro is the best way to go, and here is my suggestion：
at the stop of South Gate of Yihai Gardens, take Yuntong Line 115 to Xingong metro station after 7 stops. Then take subway line 4, pass one station and arrive at Xihongmen.
