Will be on cruise ship one day at Sanya with Philippine passport do I need a visa?

Ruth, if your last stop before arriving in Sanya and the next stop you will head for are different countries, and your stay in Sanya is less than 24 hours, you don't need the entry permit. Otherwise, you should get one prior to departure.
