About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

by Bangkok to LAX and LAX to BKK

Hello, I'm a Thai people. My travel from BKK to LAX but transit in Wuhan for 10 hours and Guangzhou for 3 hours, so do I need to apply for the China visa? I saw there is a type G for transit to the third country.

Thanks.

So the total time you spend in China is not more than 24 hours? If yes, you can enjoy the 24-hour free transit and the transit permit is not required. If not, you should apply for a G type in advance.
