About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Z Work permit

My EP pass expired in Singapore and I am now on a tourist visa holding a British passport. I have applied for a Z type for PRC as I have a job there. My question is can I apply for a Z type in Singapore or do I have to return to UK?

Rebecca, because you just have a tourist entry permit in Singapore, I’m afraid you cannot apply for the work Z type from there. You need to return to UK and then apply from there.
