About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hello, I am flying HK Air from Hong Kong to the USA and have a stop over in Beijing for three hours.

I fly from Capital Airport on Hainan Air which is a sister of HK Air (Booked the whole trip through Hainan). I arrive in T2 and leave from T2. Do you know if I will have to claim my baggage and recheck it?

It's international to international transfer in T2. You don't need to collect the luggage and reclaim them again. By the way, the correct procedures are Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Passport - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Flight Waiting and Boarding.
