VOA to Shenzhen for Swedish passport

I carry a Swedish passport. Am I eligible for VOA for Shenzhen?
Where can I find an official list of which passports are eligible for VOA for Shenzhen?

You can get a 5-day VOA in Shenzhen. I cannot paste the link here, but based on what I know, usually, Swedish citizens can get 5-day VOA.
