I will arrive from Hangzhou airport late at night and want to stay at a hotel near railway station.

So I can take a train to Suzhou early the next morning. Please advice.

Do you wanna take the bullet train to Suzhou in the next morning? If yes, you need to go to East Railway Station from the airport.
Upon arrival, you can still take the airport shuttle bus Wulinmen Line to get to the Main Railway Station. The ticket fare is CNY 20 per person.
About the accommodation, Youzi Apartment Hotel (East Railway Station Branch) is highly recommended. The price is about CNY 200 per night in usual time. It has clean environment and warm service.
