Jason, you can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to apply for an extension 7 days prior to the expiry date of your stay permit. You need to provide your passport, the application form, a recently-taken half-length color photo, hotel reservation, valid registration form of temporary residence and the return ticket. And then submit the application to extend it.
