About:Chinese Embassy in Fiji

Business trip to China, Fijian passport holders

We are directors of a food manufacturing/agri-based company in Fiji and we wish to go to PRC for 10 days to source out and inspect filling, labeling and packaging material for our factory. We have been in touch with some companies in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shanghai areas and in fact have made appointments to visit their manufacturing plants to inspect their products. We are both Fijian passport holders. Can you please let us know if we need a visa to enter PRC for 10-15 days and what other documents we will require for this trip.

Indra, Fiji passport holders can enter China freely to conduct business or sightseeing activities if the stay is not more than 30 days, so the entry permit is not required. You just need to prepare a passport which is valid for more than 6 months, a return ticket, an invitation letter from one of the companies, and enough money.
