Is that possible to apply for tourist visa in the Bishkek embassy? We are 2 swiss and we want to go through PRC to reach Mongolia.

Lauriane, it's possible to apply for it from the embassy in Bishkek. You can confirm this with the consular officer before going there.Call 312-597485 between 2:30pm-5:30pm on working days.
