Buying a ticket

Hello, I wan't to take the train from Nanjing to Hanoi on August 7, this year. When can I buy tickets?
I will arrive at Sanya juli 9, is it possible to buy a ticket there?
Or only online?

I think the ticket begin for sale 10 days in advance. You cannnot buy it in Sanya, but need to do it at the departure stations or do it online.
