Will the Summer Palace and all of its attractions be open during the Dragon Boat Festival?

Yes, it still opens during the Dragon Boat Festival. Don't worry.
The gate opens from 06:30 - 18:00. The parks and scenic spots inside open from 08:30 - 17:00.
