transit from arrival to departure

Question

I shall be arriving at Beijing from Hangzhou at 1425 with AirChina and taking a flight to Accra same at 1135 via Emirates. How do I navigate my way?

Here are the procedures: Flight Arrival & Transfer Procedures- Inspection & Quarantine- Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection- Security Check- Customs Inspection- Waiting and Boarding.
