hello mam.... im a filipino.... i work in china and my contract is only 1 year. and my visa. i would like to ask if my contract finish and if i found another employer can i process my application here? and what about my OEC? CAN I ALSO RENEW HERE? OR I NEED TO GO BACK PHILIPPINES AND PROCESS THERE?

Jenny, it’s possible for you to apply for a new work Z type in PRC after you finish your contract with your previous employer. But I cannot tell you for sure. If it cannot be done within PRC, I’m afraid you need to go back to your home country to re-apply for it. You can probably renew your OEC at the embassy of Philippines.
