i would like to go xingtai by bus from jinan airport.

Question

I will arrive Jinan airport at mid night 01.20 am. How can I go bus station and there any bus around my arrival at Jinan airport. Or how can I go train station for shijiazhuang train?

Considering your arrival timing, bus to Xingtai is unavailable. I suggest you take airport shuttle bus to downtown area first and the terminal station is Yuquan Simpson Hotel. Stay there for overnight. In the next early morning, take a taxi to local General Long-distance Bus Station to take a direct bus to Xingtai. If you prefer to go to Shijiazhuang, upon arriving at the downtown, take a taxi to Jinan Railway Station. Buy the ticket, have a rest there for several hours and catch the train around 05:30 to Shijiazhuang.
