Tiger Park (Laohutan) is much bigger than Xinghai Park. From your hotel, walk north around one kilometer to get to Xinghai Square first. Take public bus no.531 to Taiyuanjie. Then transfer to bus no.404 to Laohutan. After arriving, walk southeast around 300 meters to find the destination.
