Mohamed, you should first prepare those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, your residence permit in Turkey, and the invitation letter from the Chinese company. And then submit your application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it. Usually, it takes 4 working days, but you can choose the rush service which only takes one working day.
