hongkong octopus pass for kids

Question

My family will be travelling to HK, 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant, should I be buying 3 octopus cards? Or is there an octopus card intended for use of children?

It is regulated that children under 3 years old can enjoy free rides on the public transportation. If older, you should also buy a pass for each and it cannot be shared. It should be noted children between 3 and 11 can enjoy 50% off on ride. Now I believe you know how many are needed.
