Are there decent but cheap hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui? Planning Oct trip. How do we get to Macau?

For decent bus economical hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui area, here are my recommendations.
Guangdong Hotel, located at No. 18 Prat Avenue.
Empire Hotel, located at No. 62 Kimberley Road.
Living in Tsim Sha Tsui area, you can also have easy access to Macau by taking ferry from nearby China Ferry Terminal.1
