About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Taking a cruise from Shanghai

Hi, am arriving 1 day eariler in Shanghai and having an overnight before my cruise, Should i then purchase a visa or the 72 hour free transit is enough? Am a swedish citizen.

Jacque, if your countries of departure and arrival are different, you can enjoy the 144h free transit policy in Shanghai.
