About:Chinese Etiquette

What kind of action chinese people do when they greet hello?

Like we indians say NAMASTEY and join our hands.
So what do they do?
please reply as early as possible!

In most cases, we will say Ni Hao (means 'Hello' in English) and shake hands with each other for the greeting.
