new teaching authentication?

I have been informed by a recruiter who resides in China that I will need authentication of my diploma/degree from the Consular in order to be considered for employment in the PRC. My college diploma has already been apostilled by the Oregon State department. How do I go about getting this done? Will I need to come to California for this authentication certificate?

If so, then you should go to the consulate general of PRC in San Francisco to have your college diploma attested. You don’t need to go to California for the authentication.
