how much does it cost to apply for a chinese work visa and also how is much is the medical fee?

what are the documents needed to obtain a chinese work Z type?

Sheila, it costs 50,000 CFA francs. After you have the medical examination at the hospital, you can know the medical fee because the different hospitals may charge different.
The required documents for work Z type include:
1. Your passport and copy of its data page
2. The completed application form affixed with a passport-style photo
3. An invitation letter of a duly authorized unit
4. Alien employment permit
5. And maybe other documents required by the consular officers, like a non-criminal record
