You can apply for an F or M type to run a 3-day course in PRC.
The first step is to prepare those documents containing the application form, a passport-style photo, your passport and copy of the data page, and an invitation letter from the inviter in PRC.
The next step is to hand in the application to the CVASC to apply for it.
