How many of the popular sightseeing spots can be seen from a boat tour in 2hours? will a hire boat have an operator or be self drive

If taking a boat, you can see at least 10 main spots. There are different boats available, including rowing boat, battery boat and pedalo. Battery Boat has operator, and rowing boat and pedalo don’t have operator, you can drive it by yourself.
