Visiting a Friend in PRC

Hi

This is Zabihullah from Afghanistan i would to visit a friend in china could u please help me by instructing me how can I do that.

And if possible the expenses of visa too.

Zabihullah, you can apply for a group tourist L type to enter PRC and visit your friend. You need to find a travel agency first and book a tour. Afterwards, you can ask the travel agency to apply for a group tourist L visa to go to PRC.
Different travel agencies charge different. So the final payment is subject to the actual amount given by the travel agencies.
