Zabihullah, you can apply for a group tourist L type to enter PRC and visit your friend. You need to find a travel agency first and book a tour. Afterwards, you can ask the travel agency to apply for a group tourist L visa to go to PRC.Different travel agencies charge different. So the final payment is subject to the actual amount given by the travel agencies.
