About:Chinese Embassy in Greece

US citizen currently on a student visa in China wanting to swap to a work visa.

Would it be possible to get this done at the embassy in Greece. I could easily go to HK but since I have to leave the country anyway I was considering visiting Greece. Any advice is great!

Zeth, I advise you to try your best to change it at the local exit and entry administration office. If it doesn't work, you can go to HK to try your luck. If it doesn't work as well, you had better go back to US to apply for the work visa. Since you are just temporarily visiting Greece, I'm afraid you can't apply for the work visa from there.
