Requirements need for first timer

Hello I'm ada from Philippines and my friend who live in china invite me for two weeks of stay in his place.. What requirements I need? It's my first time to travel ..

Ada, the required documents are as follows:
1. The application form with a recently-taken passport-sized color photo attached
2. Your passport and copy of its data page
3. An invitation letter from your friend
4. Proof of your financial support
And then submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for a tourist L type.

No, if you have the round trip air tickets and hotel booking record, the invitation letter is not needed even though it’s the first time you apply for it.
