About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Visiting my sister

I am an Indian national working in Chennai and my sister and her husband are currently working in PRC. Most of the visa agents are talking about applying for a Family Joining (S2) type however I am of the opinion that it is possible for me to apply for a Tourist type (L) with an invitation letter from my sister's husband along with their passport copies to show proof of relationship. I am wondering if this is possible. Any advice?

Antony, it’s possible for you to apply for the S2 type or L type. You can choose to apply for either of them.
