Where is best area to stay in Hong Kong for 5 day stop-over

We are arriving in HK next April for a 5 day stop-over. This is our first visit to the region and intend to include as many of the "must do" excursions as we can in the available time. Where would be the best area to stay with regard to transportation routes to the tourist sites?

You are advised to stay near MTR Central Station. So you can easily get to some major attractions by MTR or buses. You can consider Four Seasons Hotel at No. 8, Financial Street, Central. It is adjacent to Exit E1 of MTR HK Station, and Exit A of MTR Central Station. You can book a room by dialing at 00852-31968888.

By the way, the must-see places include Ocean Park, the Peak, Causeway Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Disneyland Resort, Tsim Sha Tsui & A Symphony of Lights, and Temple Street Night Market.
