About:China Visa

Accompanying spouse and Kids visa

I have been given all the necessary documents to secure my Z type. My spouse and two kids are accompanying me and I believe they need an S1. Will they apply for this with my Z application?
Their names are mentioned on the work permit documents but on invitation letter only my name is mentioned? should i need their names also on invitation letter?

Hi there! They can apply for the S1 type with your Z type application. You should ask the employer to add their names on the invitation letter and then prepare the following documents to apply for the S1 type for them.
1. Their passport and copies of the data pages
2. The application form attached with a passport-style photo
3. An invitation from your company
4. copy of your work permit
5. Marriage certificate and birth certificate
6. An invitation letter form you
7. Medical examination report
And then along with the application for your work Z type, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply.
