About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

i am airline employee travelling to bkk with a stop in shanghai can i qualify for 72 hr transit

i am travelling stand by from seattle to shangai but have confirmed tkt from shangai to bkk what do i need to get the 72 hr transit visa with usa passport

Moez, considering your situation, I think you can use the 72 hour free transit in Shanghai because you have onward confirmed ticket to Bangkok after transiting in Shanghai. You need to take your passport, the onward ticket and valid entry permit to Thailand with you. When you board the plane in USA, you should inform the carrier that you want to use the 72 hour free transit in Shanghai.
