Well, sim cards are available at the airport. You can consult the staff at Inquiry Desk for its exact location. There are three Inquiry Desks: near Gate 3, International Departure Hall; near Gate 5, Domestic Departure Hall, and near Gate 11, Domestic Departure Hall.
