i was in a school in liaoning on x type and then i came to shenzhen to do job, now the school started telling me that my X type will be cancelled and then they notified me my X type has been cancelled, technically my X type is till decemeber, now i want to know that what kind of penalities i will face and what can of trouble i can get into and how can i get out of that

Dear, once your student X type is cancelled, your stay in PRC will be regarded as overstay. In this case, you need to pay the fine CNY 500 per days and the cap amount won’t be more than CNY 10,000. And you work in PRC illegally with student X type, so you may be repatriated.
