About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Visa apply for Conference in Hongkong

I am from Nepal and I study in South Korea. I need to go Hong Kong to attain conference for 5 days from South Korea. What are the document should I have to submit in Embassy for entry permit?

Jyoti, the following materials are required:
1. Copy of your passport
2. Proof of your financial support
3. The completed application form with a passport-style photo attached
4. Transportation and accommodation arrangement
5. An invitation letter from the conference organizer
And then post your application to HK immigration department to apply if it’s the first time you apply for it.

Receipt and Despatch Sub-unit
HK Immigration Department
