Female born on 10th June 1989. Is this a good year to start my own business?

If you are an employee, it is not recommended to take any change at work in this year. Stick to the status quo should be more appropriate.
But if you feel totally ready for the business, you may do it. But you should make a comprehensive plan before your set out the work.
