About:Shanghai Transportation by Air

I'm flying into PVG on Cathay from HK and flying out in evening on Emirates to Dubai.

In and out of T2. These are on separate tickets, can I still transfer through international transfers if I don't have my onward boarding card?

Of course you can! Here are the procedures. Upon landing, you need to accept Joint Inspection, Quarantine, and Immigration. Next, claim your luggage, and go to International Arrival Hall. Then, go to 3F for boarding. :)
