what about bringing bacpackluggage on bamboo raft with us from yangdi to xingping?

Then go to Yangshuo by bus bringing our luggage/backpack since we don't want back to guilin after the trip. We don't want take the journey by canned and crowded cruise and prefer bamboo raft which is more serene.   Is is possible and convenient to take our luggage with us on bamboo raft?  tks.

In general, you can take your luggage onto the raft. However, it might get wet. So you had better wrap your luggage by large plastic bags. Upon arrival at Xingping, you can take a battery car to Xingping Bus Station. Then, take a bus to Yangshuo (40 to 50 minutes).
