I have an Australian passport but currently living in the UK

The first step is make an online appointment on the website of the CVASC office.
Then, prepare the required documents for tourist L type including your passport and copy of its data page, your residence permit in UK, the application form with a recently-taken passport-style photo attached, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
Next, submit your application to the CVASC to apply for it.
