About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Clarify Multi-Entry with 12-month Validity?

Hi there,

Could someone please clarify the "Multi-Entry with 12-month Validity VISA". I'm not sure to understand it correctly.

From my understanding this means that if I apply for it the validity will be until May 16th 2017. Which means that during this period of time (May 16th 2016 to May 16th 2017) I can go to China whenever I want, get out of the country and come back in freely, however my total length stay in China is still only 30 days, is this correct?

Thomas, your understanding is basically right. Only one thing, the total length of stay is not 30 days. If the allowed stay duration shown on the paper is 30 days, you can stay in China for 30 days each time after you enter.
