is juizhaigou too high for me

Question

I suffer from an ailment  minor thallasemia and basically it means I cannot stand too high altitude. So how high are the tourist spots in the valley and can I stand those heights？At extreme altitudes it can be very serious for me.Also is November too late to visit.GohMalaysia

Well, most scenic spots has an altitude of 6,562 feet (2,000 meters) to 9,842 feet (3,000 meters). It is not very dangerous, but you are advised to take oxygen tanks. November is an ideal time when the scenery is intoxicating. It may be cloudy, and rain sometimes. The temperature may range from 40F to 60F. You are advised to take jackets, sweaters, shirts, pants, and an umbrella. Take care and have fun! :)
