We are a family of 4 who need to get from Pudong Airport to Howard Johnson Hotel in Huangpu - How?

Can you please advise which routes/options we can take from the airport to our hotel (Howard Johnson Plaza) which is located at 595 Jiu Jiang Road Huangpu (or as close to it as possible) - We arrive at 7.05am on 12 July 2016, will need to clear Customs and probably be available to travel from 8.30am?
