buy for others

hello, if I buy for me and 3 friends online, what do I need to do and do I need to pick up the physical ticket. and ic so where?

You can book for your friends online, you can finish the booking process based on your booking agent's request. For the collection, you can collect the ticket from any railway station in Mainland China. YOu would need to show the original passport for the collection, so if you hold the passports of your friends as well, you can do it for them as well.

It do not includes HK. You cannot collect them at Hung Hom stations in HK.
