question about visa application in sydney

I am travelling to Shanghai and Beijing with wife and two kids (under 12) for two weeks in July. Where do I have to submit the application? where is the address of the office in Sydney? where can I make an online booking to submit the application? where is the link to the website? From where can I download the application from an online website? Please let me know.

Thank you
Surane

Surane, you should submit your application to the CVASC in Sydney to apply for it.
Office address: Level 5, 299 Elizabeth Street (the Opposite of Museum Station), Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia
You can open the official website of the CVASC and then choose the Australia and Sydney. After entering the main page, you can click the quick access to make an appointment for the submission of your application. You can find the application form there, too.
