As I know, you can go to the Huangpu Tourist Transport Center (located at No. 1588 Waima Road, near the Exit 1 of Nanpu Bridge subway station) to buy the bus+ship combo ticket to Shengshan Island. You will take a bus to Shengsi first, and then take a ferry to Shengshan Island.0
